Neck Pain

Headache & Migraines

Insomnia

Lower Back Pain

& Much More ...

For the last 15 years, hundreds if not thousands of clients have remarked:
“Wow! Is this really what a massage can do?”
We believe that word-of-mouth is the best endorsement by clients, particularly in the great internet era, people are constantly being bombarded and flooded with massive information and inevitably at the same time, massive misinformation!
BAST actually stands for a highly specialized manual technique for:
Balancing and Alignment of Body Structures and Tissues.
BAST is unique in the way we are looking at Pain Relief and Wellness.

Success Story

Like most people, we hate sales pitches. So let’s cut through the clutter and take a quick look at one of our real stories:

I met Lynn in 2011 after a tragic incident happened to her one of her sons. This drug Lynn into an extreme depression. After that, she was hit and her foot was rolled over by a car in an accident, and relentlessly another industrial accident followed, where her lower back was smashed by a machine in a factory. That she ended up with a major surgery with plates and screws in her sacrum and the sacroiliac joint, and eventually rewarded her with a Handicapped License Plate!

By the time when I first saw her, her health situation was plummeting. She had pain and stiffness all over her body:
  • excruciating headaches
  • neck and shoulder pain
  • almost the whole of her back and tummy was covered with sores and ulcers
  • She limped because of lower back pain
  • sciatica, ankle and foot pain
Additionally, her doctor diagnosed her with:
  • high blood pressure
  • gout
  • rheumatoid arthritis on her fingers
She had troubles sleeping throughout the night, and had to take 24 different medications a day and the number kept increasing!
Lynn’s work as a beautician imposes great challenge for her to maintain a proper head and neck posture, so she needs to come back to me regularly once a month or so, to restore a balanced musculature around her neck and shoulders.
In the beginning, I noticed that it would be very difficult. I planned to hopefully offer her as much pain relief as possible using acupressure, neuromuscular techniques and trigger point releases, and at the same time, trying to help her with better sleep and relaxation. I worked on her 2 times a week, one and a half to two hours a session.
At the end of about 6 to 7 months, most of her symptoms amazingly disappeared! Now Lynn is going back to work as normal without any pain. All she needs is only one blood pressure medication with reduced doses and a sleeping pill to maintain sufficient sleep at night. Amazing right?
Notice that we are now talking about a kind of massage that is very different from the rest of those regular relaxation massage found in the US. I know there are going to be a lot of surprise and skepticism because medical massage was removed from American medicine for many decades since the era of pharmaceutical and technical revolution of the 1940s.
Exhausting descriptions of this one-of-a-kind therapeutic changes and deep relaxation cannot be replaced by own personal experience. Book an appointment now and notice why you wow involuntarily like anybody else.
